64u cylinder is just a 62t 701 NOT 760 You are correct about porting 62t sleeves are a couple of thousands bigger than 61x O.D. And both are bigger than 6m6. Your cylinder casting will need to be bored to accept either of them. Wouldn't recommend it though, 6m6 exhaust port can't be ported out...
