I am not sure. I know it is the same pass as Pigeon Lake / Port Sheldon Launch. I emailed the DNR to find out if State Park stickers are the same, but I dont actually expect a response from them. As far as I know, it is a different pass then the state park. Its a special DNR boat launch...
