chris i think i understand what you are tell me, i was a little bit concerned about how much i could take off near the sleeve end thats why i taped it so much fort i would cut in to the water jacket.

Is it not a good idea not to fill voids before porting, have i made a big boo boo or will it be ok to fill now, as i have made 2 small wholes into the voids. I thought once i did make a whole i must be at the max i can go to.
