Dasa recommends 40 hrs on top end then needs to be checked (piston wall tollerance) and 200hrs on crank shaft (replace bearings) if you put a hr meter on your ski you could be surprised how much ride time 40hrs is. Ive seen guys go 4 seasons riding before a rebuild.
