You need your 650 bolts. Just helicoil your 62t cylinder to fit those bolts.

The mani and headpipe should be the same as the newer ones. Just the chamber is different. A limited or mod chamber will work with it. But, to work on a 62t cylinder, you'll need to helicoil the threads of the mani bolts. The 62t cylinder uses bigger exhaust bolts. There are a ton of threads...

So if the boat was gel coated before, why wouldn't it stick now? Check out spectrum color, most boat manufacturers use them, so you can get exact replacement color gel. They are very helpful. If maxum was using their gel they can get you what you need.
