I went with the pancake Pete and covered my ebox bolts. An extra 2 min to remove front foothold. I’m happy with how it came out.

It looks to me like the the bottom and the weight of the motor ripped the tape. I doubt any damage, bedplates and bottom case are pretty stout. I would have definitely opened it and checked it out. If there was damage I would have taken pics and gone from there. This is just my 2 cents.

I’m sorry for the confusion I created lol. BK went to an Rickter Edge and that is the hull I have as well. I had to cut the top of my OEM coupler cover to fit under bulkhead.
