I have eaten large mouth before. Usually the smaller the better fit taste. My dad would pan fry them. Tasted about like the perch and crappie we had with it. Not bad. Same with silver bass, cooked correctly they are delicious. Good luck.

Your going to love it. Definitely stressful and exhausting but the reward is worth it. Best tip, get as much sleep as you can in the days leading up to delivery. We are running on empty. Lol
