I was quite the exact same problems. But right spacer plate and + 5mm stroke. I got exactly the correct position themselves. In addition, the piston pin bushings accesso that the bearing edge of moving too.

Now have to tuned little...too rich

Today i drive 8litres and works very good. But impeller is too low pitch i think...it feels like drive a car 3th gear all time. 6/14 impros. This set need more torque i think 1200 is better....

6/14 prop.maxx 155pump. Now is tps (use alphaN) fuel map and ignition. This is 2battery system, one for starter and one to ecu and fuelpump. Ecu battery flywheel charging. I dont no time yet... Now i have to made airbox to throttle body. Now bodys is too low and water tease.

Wideband lamda to obtain a 13 to 14 AFR it's pretty good. Throttle response is really good. Ecu is Atecu and tuned only laptop. I put the video when I learned to drive properly...

V3 waterbox is too big...so i modified. i put v3 pipe its better fitment.

I try pro-tec pipe but its nonono. Too massive too big. Midsaft have to shorten.

This use only one hall-sensor,after a number of companies that ended up. its work very well.

Throttle body is Arctic Cat snowmobile. Still it has to modify the distance.

Carburators was modified to replace the throttle bodies.

After accurate measurements spacer came to the right size.
