Just got mine to. putting the brain in a pelican case. mounting in the original ebox location hopefully. is there a thread that has some settings that people are using or is it straight forward to setting up curves. have not got a chace to print off the manual. Sorry for thread jacking.

It's a thing that I don't like to see done but with only me and one other machinist some times we got to do it. Some of there molds we have gotten are awesome and some are not worth the metal there made out of. Again you Get what you pay for.

Well since im a mold maker at a plastic injection company its no problem to do any of that. 1500 would cover matrials and tooling for a smal/medium mold.

We have had a couple molds made over seas. You might be suprised at the quality of some of the molds coming out of china. You get what you pay for.

I could make a kick ass mold for 1500. but i would be doing all the labor for free!:fingersx:

what company you using? Are the mold built in state our off shore? Are they going to sonic weld or heat steak inserts in them or even over mold the inserts? I think to even break even your going to need a ton of intrest. as a mold builder i would be interested in what they say.
