I saw pics of the lenzi 1 and I think it looks thrown together. Looks like the top deck is larger than the bottom and they don't match up properly. I'm interested to hear your feedback on the lenzi hull. I have been on several q8's and they are ok, but I'm 6'1 and prefer the original EME hull.
Ceramic coating cast parts is a bad idea! I know from experience. Subjecting cast aluminum parts to the heat of the coating process significantly weakens the metal. I have cracked a factory b-pipe manifold in two, and both bed plates. Normal powdercoating is fine b/c it subjects the parts to 450...
If you get the equipment to do trailers, stands, beach carts ect....... there are allot of other things you can do with that business. You can reorganize to do docks, pontoon boat accessories, boat hoists, boat house frames ect.
