ding ding ding plus - to have enough tensile strength in the bungee to prevent it from breaking due to the energy of the crash - it would probable be too thick to handle easily - and add weight to the pole. I use a 1/8" Amsteel rope for my limiting rope.

why bother with the tandem jump? you don't need it if you are going to pursue a skydiving license. go through an AFF class. My first civilian skydive was basically solo - two instructors holding on to me...once I demonstrated some basic maneuvers, and pull the chute - they let me go and I flew...

seriously? you're way out of line. you may have not been the only ski jumping wakes - but you're the only one that was involved in an accident. The fact that the other ski was not registered and the operator was camped in an illegal area has NOTHING to do with YOUR reckless operation and...

take yourself out of the situation and look at it... you were more reckless by jumping a boat wake and not maintaining control of your boat. if you had been in the water - the accident most likely would have been avoided.

what do you mean, "I have no rights" the couch operator should still be liable for his boat - even if he does not have insurance. find out who they are and sue them...but with that video - you might hinder your chances.
