epoxy is superior by a lot over all polyesters in every regard!
uscomposites is fine for most uses but for pretty much the same price you can get a much easier to use resin that is of much greater quality from ResinResearch.NET.
i know its intimidating to cut a bunch of your hull off but you need to cut back a lot farther to achieve any type of functional rocker. Id suggest all the way to where the bottom of the hull. 2-4 lb foam is fine for shaping but its key to mix it very thoroughly and apply it very evenly so...
and if you want a different shape or look to it its pretty easy to modify a thin piece nose kit by cutting it and bending and reglassing. also these nose pieces can be installed keeping the bond rail up front and will fit also -8" back all the way to the hood hinge just by changing the location...
they are very close to no longer available but i broke my knee cap and tore my pcl so my travels are a little postponed and im a little limited to the type of work i can knock out. ill post some pics of the RN kit shortly but i can only make so many before the event this weekend!

i used to have an anti mag pump type of rider bc i only rode surf and the only mag pumps i tried were from flatwater guys bringing their skis to the surf (rare).
After going to california and riding much larger surf and much nastier white wash i realized a mag is really nice there and can be...
i rode a whole tank at Ponce Inlet alone sunday and easily had some 10+ faces and it was also the test run of a fresh motor and new hull. FL surf is weak no matter how tall it is!
