Check to see if it’s charging while running anything over 13v is charging , if not most likely the voltage regulator and or stator

Brutally honest opinion get rid of that thing and get something reeded at least a 550sx motor, preferably a superjet

No you have to use your existing but it mounted perfectly and had a much more solid feel to the hull
