Will a 650 coffmans pipe be ok or should i be looking for an aftermarket 750 pipe? any preference on a big pin or small pin motor?

Ok its winter build time, Ive been having a ton af issues with the 650 motor and would now like to toss a 750 motor in there.... What im looking for is a complete list of what i would need to do it....

I think my tank vent is fine.... Its venting from the regular vent and from the shorter pickup in the tank because i deleted the reserve/on switch... im just using the reserve pickup.... it goes from the pickup to a fuel filter to my carb.... not sure what to look at next.... wondering if i need...

Ok so i finally figured out what my problem is... im losing fuel pressure or fuel..... the ski will began to die out because its not getting fuel.... The fuel pump on the 44mm mikuni was rebuild a week ago, new fuel lines, new fuel filter and i cleaned the fuel tank pick up.... could it be...

Well i ordered a complete gasket kit.... tomorrow its time to rip it apart and start fresh.... This will be my first time doing crank seals, hopefully its not as hard as it looks! Does any one know how to disconect the two wires that go inside the case without screwing something up?

Yeah i checked the reed gaskets and they looked fine..... I had a strong feeling it was an air leak... but now im not sure.... Would a base gasket or crank seals cause this problem... because i replaced the head gasket a couple of weeks ago....

haha... ive noticed there is no easy fix for the 650's.... its always complicated!

Thanks... order the jets today.... any one every try making a reusable rubber gasket between the carb and manifold?... im getting sick of cleaning off RTV....
