well i got nothing but i checked the ohms on the one in a junk motor i had and it was good so i swapped them and shes runnin like a beaut...thanks man just one more favor..can you test the other wires that charge the battery to make sure thats working too?

ok that would be great if you can give me some numbers. That would suck if its the stator cause the guy i bought it from(the engine) said it runs needs nothing.

I have just aquired a free Sx 300. the engine was garbage so i bought a used one on ebay. The problem is im not getting any spark from the box. The box looks imaculate inside. Not sure whats wrong. I have pics if you need.

I just recently picked up a free '87 SX300! but the motor was shot. I just picked up a used engine and the engine seems great. The ignition box that came with the ski looks brand new but for some reason I'm not getting spark!:banghead: Anyone with answers suggestions? I have pics if you need to...
