Hi...thanks for the info. I noticed on google maps...the far left of Emerald Isle shows tracks going off Inlet Dr. directly onto the sand w/ vehicles at the waters edge. Is that the area you are mentioning? Are 4wd permits needed on the beach there? Thanks
