It’s just a fiberglass / carbon look version of the competition line of hulls.
It’s still infused and not wet laid. So that’s why it’s not overweight.
For a glass ski it’s really light and capable.
So far we’ve been pretty happy with our S1. We made a few adjustments to make it more comfortable. (Static trim, taller shock pad, ect)
They were all a pretty good improvement.
If anyone is in Havasu they can come take it for a rip!
I did remove the head to have a look inside. It is a...
For those with Instagram.
The only changes we did were waterbox and low speed adjuster. Everything else was the same. Videos were shot about 30 min apart.
There isn’t a one size fits all answer to this question. Different setups like different things.
Also, what pros are you referring to?
My vote is straight pipe. If you can’t pick one, then don’t run one.

Ski setup:
Tpe 1200 (race fuel)
SE50’s
Pfp
Skat 160
Zeel TL
We tried an assortment of curves and it ran good, but I was never really wowed by it. We tried our own curves and curves that are “proven” from other shops out there.
We...
They are doing that for a reason.
I’ve run them back to back and I liked the enhancer better.
With that being said I’m sure somebody using zeel will quote me and say I didn’t set it up right.
So I’d look around and see who’s getting the most amplitude / performance out there. It’s hard to...
From what I understand you can skew the output numbers easily with the “correction factor” so they could fluff it up however they want.
It’s probably a fun tool for back to back testing.
