I was wondering how complicated it would be to port my 701 head before i put it all back together? I am sticking with the origianl bore and head would it even be worth it?

Getting ready to do a top end rebuild on my blaster (thanks to Jetmaniac for parts) and, I was wondering if there is anything i need to know before i jump right in? I have never done any engine work by myself so i am a little worried I may mess something up.

I am in the same boat as you are! I was wondering if you were running pre mix or do you have any of your water lines popped off? i think my was running on a wrong premix or wasn't jetted properly for the elevation i am running.
