    Guess I should add that bottom end condition is really what determines an over-rev. And of course common sense. When I jump I don't hold the throttle pinned. I also have a blueprinted, trued, tig welded crank and all new bearings. Mine can't overspin if I wanted it to. Buy even holding it pinned...

    Before and after pics. Rev-limiter removed with no side effects. The stock porting is rev-limiter enough.
