    Freestyle ET1107cc Tuning Thread

Yeah mate, set up with the twin fuel pumps, plenty of fuel getting into carbs, and returning into the tank. Return line restrictor in place etc, but for some reason, I think there is a difference between the two carbs. The small idle circuit hole under the throttle plate seemed to be blocked...

    Freestyle ET1107cc Tuning Thread

Have any of you guys had issues with the ET 52mm carbs? I have them on a new ET1200. I've clenaed a lot of machining swarf and other junk out of these (new) carbs, but for the life of me, I can't get one of them to supply fuel properly. I've had these things apart so many times it's not...

World Cup 2017 Thailand - Lee Stone bad luck part 2

Winning is winning. You can talk about it all day, but Gomez won. There's a lot more to being the best than being the most skilled rider. Mark has a good team behind him, puts in a lot of hard work in, and for the last two events, has had a reliable routine and setup. Add to that the IFWA...

    Jacobs leg drag video?

Would any of you guys have a link to the footage of Jacobs doing a mad leg drag on the inside to pass another racer? He was on a square nose and I seem to recall someone having a link to it in thier signature here somewhere. Any guidance appreciated. Cheers.

    Tube style pole brands?

I sell quite a few of the KP poles and to date have not heard a bad thing about them. They ship out fast, come with detailed instructions, are light, and are available in pretty much any color you can think of. It's hard to beat the price and they are a really solid option for those that...

Other Injuries Due to Riding a Stand Up..

Landing a flip and somehow managed to do this. Nothing out of the ordinary, just unlucky....Lots of plates, lots of screws etc...

With right ski, backflip should be doable with time, right?

If you want stret cred or chicks from a flat water flip, you're in the wrong sport. I am one of many that able to do it, and quite frankly, nobody really cares. The only thing I ever get is kids coming up to me saying 'dude tht was sick, do you reckon I could have a go'. In all the years I've...

Custom/Hybrid SuperJet Based Build Part 2: Rockered, Shortened, Widened Tray

Very clean, and awesome attention to detail. I love this thing. It's not often I look at a Superjet wide/rocker/shorten thread and actually get to the end of it before I lose interest.. I'm hanging to see how it rides etc... Well done.

    TUBBIE PROBLEM!!!

I always try to set the tubbies up a bit higher than the bottom of the hull as it gives some extra edges/chines for the water to work against. The longer the tubbies, the more likely they will be to pull the nose down. When they are only half length, the nose lifts and allows the tail to stay...

Different cylinder timing with dual channel total loss

I pretty much just drill all 4 holes on the pickup base out bigger so you are able to adjust both enough to make the timing even. Also, the difference in timing can sometimes show an out of index crank, so if the timing differs a lot, it might be a good idea to get a degree wheen and a dial...

TPE MOTOR SETUP's - list your package

I have some specs for 48.9 Blackjacks on the 964...The only problem is they are written on the diaphragm cover plates on the carbs. I'll get them and post them up when the engine comes out for it's 50 hour inspection.

If you want more power, go the Flame. If you don't want to charge your battery, go Epic.

Super Jet Solas Mag Pump Ate My Bearings- How About You?

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I'm pretty sure we had these pumps in Australia a good six months before anywhere else. The first (or second) pump I bought had this exact same problem all the way back then. I have always fitted bearings the same way and never had a single problem. This one...

    Freestyle Affordable Power......... It's COMING

I rode the Bot with the 964 at Body Beach, and as much as I'm not a fan of a/m hulls in general, that thing felt perfect for the surf. Could rip turns and still slash hard (ie was loose enough to break the tail loose without too much gusto, yet didn't slide away) We are going to get one out...

    Freestyle Affordable Power......... It's COMING

Yeah its really nice to ride. Its worth noting that the Superjet in the vid is heavily reinforced for the surf and is running full stock charging electrics with the exception of the limiter being removed. I'm running 48.9mm Blackjacks and the thing hits like a 1000cc with total loss so it...

Freestyle Jetmaniac ported 701 - 210PSI - too much for regular pump gas? (PROBLEM SOLVED)

This might be a silly question but your spark plugs....you are using BR8ES right? Are you using the solid post version (ie, they don't have the removable tip?) I can't tell you how many times I've switched out those solid post plugs for the regular ones and fixed a very similar problem. Check...
