For what it’s worth, I was in a pinch at the 2016 World Finals and I spent the money on Blowsion air filters. I think they’re technically Tao Ceti’s. The one came off of my carb (user error) in 2017 and bounced around a little bit during that one ride. I never realized I should be thankful that...

Are you looking to do freestyle or Freeride? It sounds like you’re talking Freeride with those hulls. The Apex is Hurricane’s surf hull. All the other Hurricane hulls are Flatwater freestyle hulls. TigerCraft makes both. @buckward has a carbon Trixstar for sale around that budget
