just picked the 550 up. hull is coming apart though but other than that in great condition.

just picked up this ski was in great condition till i took it out of its habitat and brought it to the desert. the hull is separating and i believe the sponsons are causing it. need help in deciding my best option and ideas of fixing if possible.
