I bought a used 2017 full carbon weapon and have almost 4 seasons on it. I have flopped it countless times and it shows no signs of cracking or issues. It is extremely stable and easy to ride. I have limited other hull experience but rides and handles significantly better than a hurricane c2.

I think a few years back there was a plastic hull that had a metal internal structure that some kids at RIT developed for a senior project. I think they were called freeform or something. Others may have more info but don't think they were very successful

It does look a lot like a KNelly hull. There were only 3 made, one was black, one was yellow and one was blue. The black and yellow ones are still in upstate NY. Last I knew the blue one was in Carolinas but thought I saw it for sale. Yellow one was for sale a few months ago, here's the link...

60 is generally the norm. Right way to do it is hook up a fuel pressure gauge and tune for somewhere around 1.5psi at high idle.

The 90mm bore did help with low end. Not a massive difference but was worth doing for my setup

What did novi tell you for jetting?

Just curious but did ET or Novi tell you to run the 50? I wasn't able to get ahold of novi for specs so followed this thread on tuning the fuel pressure. http://www.x-h2o.com/index.php?threads/importance-of-the-correct-return-jet-sizing.176798/

Forgot to mention I have a 100 main jet in my return line and that gave 1.5psi fuel pressure at a high idle.

Still tuning my novis 48s (ls1's) but am at 145 pilots, 125 mains, 2.5n/s and 19psi pop. Running pfp dry, total loss, pump gas, oem 155 with a skat 6/12 5mm cutback. Top end pulls hard but not quite happy with bottom end yet so going to bore my exit nozzle from 88mm to 90mm and see if that helps.

The water box and the thru hull pipe should be secured in place so my thinking was the hoses are wedged in between and don't have anyway of easily separating. I figured it looks cleaner so send it and see the results. I usually ride close to shore or in a private pond so if they did come apart...

Just curious but why 2 couples? I ran a 45 off the water box coupled to a straight section without hose clamps on the coupler with no issues last season. The hoses needed alittle heat to stretch over the coupler so I figured they weren't going anywhere. Cost around $40.
