650 flywheel is preferred in terms of weight. The 750 electronics are more modern but the flywheel is bigger/heavier. Holy grail would be a fully programmable modern CDI based on a lightweight 650 flywheel. It wouldn't be quite billet, but I'm pretty sure that a 650 flywheel with no magnets...
