I have a roundnose waterbox from a 2015 that I can bring to Pismo if you are going Pmed.

Did you check fuel pickup to make sure it isn’t partially blocked?

Is the bracket that is bolted to the nosepiece hitting the hull side bracket, causing it to not slide on? Have a picture of the underside of the nosepiece?

Head looks to be stock, which would be 150 psi on the compression, however, if it is milled, they usually get bumped up to 180-185 psi
