Works fine. Bottom screw is open, so it'll still spray water into pipe, your just only be able to adjust the amount of water out of the top screw. They make a repair kit, just haven't had a chance to mess with it.

Someone drilled the headpipe to manifold bolts to 7/16. The manifold to engine bolt holes are the standard size - 8mm. You could either drill to 10mm or I'd recommend just installing 8mm stainless steel helicoils into your 760 cylinder to reduce the holes to 8mm.

They don't do epoxy anymore, they weld the plugs in. The epoxy plugs were blowing out.

Looking good. Is that a void between the upper and lower havles of the hull? Would be a good time to fill it. The 2 halves of that hull seperated at the back of the tray when I owned that hull.
