Im doing alot of this to my 94 blaster down here in OZ atm. Am finding this thread very helpful, specially with the hood reinforcement. got the hull upside down doing some gel-coat repairs and beefing up the hood in the mean time. gona flip it right side up soon and get on with strengthening...

i've been close to sinking one. had a leaky drain bung and left it parked at the dam for afew hrs. came back to ride it and saw it real low and heavy in the water, 5mins of solid water pumping from the bilge pump and it was sweet. they can take on some water and still manage to get home!!

yeh blasters are the way to go if your after a sit-down, although your fixed steer SJ in ur avatar looks pretty mean. . .no point having a big couch though haha
