Getting into the sport, but have a couple questions... One, when I replace the hydroturf, do I need an extra layer of padding under the bottom piece of turf on the ski? If so, where can I get a piece fairly cheaply? Second, is the bumper really needed or could I get away with going without one...

What is the best way to remove old Hydroturf? Half of it just peels off and then leaves some areas stuck there. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
