carb 701 62t

have a Brand New 2021 superjet 701 with stock carbs and tuned perfect, hits super hard, idles great, starts everytime in 1 sec, but out in waves every time i TURN LEFT 180 or more or jump carb dies (sound like goes lean for 2 seconds) and then back to ripping again? what'd i do wrong?

Im looking for a single carb manifold for a yamaha 701 62t i know a couple companies used to make them but now I can only find one from dasa so i would love if someone could help me find one used or have any other options thanks
