So lately I have been saving to get a nice stand up and I am wanting to eventually get to the level of flipping hitting surf etc... I've never owned a stand up but I have ridden one and I come from a motocross and wake background. I'm planning on buying one and I have about a 12k budget...

I'm looking to purchase a new hull and am cosidering either the edge or xfr. Has anyone rode either of them with a 701 limited setup? I have concerns that the edge might be a hair long and that the xfr may be a hair short. I dont want to bob all over the place but do want to flip off a boat...
