07 SXR Cutting Out

So started late last season on my bone stock 07. Very hard to start the ski. Had to basically flood it out (full throttle for 30 seconds) before it kicks and finally starts up. Once started it would run pretty good.

Rebuilt the carbs this winter with OEM parts and the issue still exists. Took it out last weekend and it will slowly accelerate to full throttle but once at full throttle it'll quickly cut out after a few seconds. Have to pump the throttle to keep it going. Cuts out randomly at other revs too but consistently after a few seconds of WOT.

I have gone through the carbs a few times now to verify I didn't miss something with the rebuild.

Had a couple of experienced wrenchers take a look and have came down to the coil is going bad. Anyone else experience very hard starts and cutting out with a bad coil?

Wires cut back and plugs regapped to stock. Started faster than normal but still took wot and no choke. Could have still been flooded from previous try's. Water test will tell.

Finally got the truck back after new injector, EGR, 2 FICM, Transmission service, coolant filter install, radiator flush. Damn diesels are spendy.

Still no change on the SXR during water test. Getting a new coil. Both the SJ and SXR are on the repair bench. The Blaster is fun but I miss my stand-ups!
