What is better solas impeller or a OE for kawasaki 1100 stx di (2003)

The ski is stock and only used to get from ramp to the beach.

Solas Impellers
KG-CD 12/18 or KG-SC-X for a stock setup
KG-CD 13/19 or KG-SC-X, XO for a limited setup

In the Skat-trak impellers, Impros reccomends a 13/19 Swirl impeller for a stock 100 STX DI.

i know for the 1200 STXr they recomend a 14/24, 14/24.5 and a 14/24.5R
i think it is the same pump as what iqs my stxr

I installed the skat trak and road today and was not happy with it. I am going to send my stock impeller out to impros for rework.

which skat did you install? the 13/19 is more of a pitch for a yamaha boat with a 155mm pump, the stxr hulls have a 144 or 148mm pump and benefit from the 14/24.5 series of prop for a stock or mildly modded boat, putting the 13/19 in it, probably revved the ******** out of the motor

yes it was the 13/19 skat. who makes a 14/24.5 is it skat? I belive the oem impeller is a 8/23

skat make the 14/24.5R prop, the stock prop in your boat is an 8/23, the stock one in mine is a 13/23...... if you can find an OEM 13/23 prop from an stxr, your may wanna see how that works out before you try the 14/24.5R prop


you can also had the R&D ride plate, intake grate, sponsons and it will make it handle a whole lot better

I had the ride plate moded by groupk and cut out the center bar on the grate.
I look to see what I can find.

That would make a nice color for a seat cover,But it is the cooler I bring on the ski. :Banane01:

use the modded oem, your boat isn't gonna put out enough power to make the 14/24.5R worthwile
