Other 140 mag prop advice

Need a starting point for 140 mag prop going in a Rickter FS1

no body has run a 140mag with a stockish set up
my buddy needs help

This may not help much but I did a 140 mm pump conversion on fx1 and I'm running a 9/17. I have a 61x with wetjet pipe , intake, and carb. And its a stock pump so it will probably change for a mag

The stock 15/23 Concord worked well in my Octane 140 mag while the engine was still close to stock...

I run a 140 Mag in my Wife's Superjet and tried 4 different pitches before I settled on the 14/18. Engine is a race ported 760 with a Crammit carbon B-pipe.

14/19 was good off the bottom but had a bog around 3/4 throttle.
13/19 had better bottom but still the huge gap in 3/4 throttle.
13/18 had explosive bottom and great all around but way too much power for my wife. It was a blast on the flatwater but way too torquey in the surf. Probably a great pitch for a flatwater boat with a guy on the throttle and not my wife.
Settled on a 14/18 to tame down the bottom end hit and close the gap around 3/4 throttle. No loss of top end and just a good all around combination.

Too bad you didn't post this a couple weeks ago, I just sold the 13/18 otherwise I would have shipped it to you to try out.
