We have a winner! BK got it first and gave me an interesting input. I originally thought this was Victor Sheldon but he was with Kawasaki at that time so it could be Tim Judge? Both seem plausible. My thought was that it was Victor Sheldon because I know he was friends with Scott Watkins who had just started working for Yamaha at that time I believe.
