Did they make a B1 in 1996? Someone is advertising one on Craigslist. I thought they only made the B2 in 1996.

Yes they did, last year of the B1, they are all red/black like the 95, and the only B1 to come with the 62T/61X dual carb engine.

Correct. 96 B2 was white/yellow, then 97 B2 was white/teal. Easy way to ID.

And if you were lucky enough to live in Australia or South Africa you could purchase 1997 and 1998 models. Identical to 1996 model but with a flash blue and white colour scheme that still looks good today.

There are a handful in the US. They are pretty good looking but very hard to find. I've only seen two in person. My buddy had one and sold it last year.
