2-stroke oil question

is it OK to use Pennzoil TCW-3 (either synthetic or semi-synthetic) in my other 2-stroke motors (chainsaw, weedeater, blower)?

I don't know if TCW-3 oil is higher quality than other - cause the manual on one says to use oil rated for air-cooled engines.

Thx!

same here too...but when we bought our weedwacker the first year we had it we used the oil that went with it...if you have a husqvarna dealership(one that sells the weedwackers not the motorcycles) around you they sell oil special for weedwackers. and i love our husky!! that thing will cut through just about anything..

i run left over race gas from our karts in my lawn equipment. we use burris castor oil and mix it 8oz to a gallon, it smells real good

just an fyi, any aircooled engine requires an api-tc certified oil(low ash). They are designed for the higher rpms(over 8000) where the oil will burn off completely(these oils will gum up any ski without powervalves).
Twc3 oils are for skis that have reed motors and no powervalves or any outboard motor.
