PLEASE HELP!

I have added the following!
B Pipe
MSD Enhancer
ADA Grilted Head 35CC Domes
MSD Coil
V Force Reeds

I think that's it for the engine. Today I went riding after having Walmatons jet my carbs. It was running great, turning almost 7000 RPMs. Then just died. Would turn over but not start. I took it home and now it has like 25PSI in both cylinders. I took off the head and everything looks fine. What do I look for, what do I do?

PLEASE HELP!

Bad gauge:dunno:

Try the compression gauge on something else.

Those 2 things don't got together. If the pistons and the cylinder walls look good then there is a problem with the head not sealing. You can't have a good looking cylinder and no compression. Even if you caught a ring the piston tops can look good but the cylinder will be messed up.

I did it once on my ol YZ125,forgot to mix my gas and ran a tank during a 2 hr race, well I didnt make 2 hrs before it melted. Probably like 25 minutes. Thats why I run Klotz with the red dye you know its in there.

It sounds like you might have had a lean seizure.

What's your pre-mix ratio?

Also what are your jetting specs and did you remove the tamper proof carb fittings yet?

Can you post some pictures of your cylinders?

Sounds like a lean seizure to me also. Did you pressure test the engine after it was rebuilt? Maybe you have an air leak that could cause this to happen. Be sure and check for this after you put it back together.

First Post.

Wamilton set up the jetting on this. I would say that the tamper proof caps were removed is Wammer jetted it.

Was Kevin Collins working with you on this a few days ago??

Pressure test engine? The engine was never rebuilt, it's a brand new 2008! Here are some pictures. The first shot is not my boat, but it looks exactly like my set up, same water routing and everyting. I did run water out of the back of the pipe and water out of the head. My only water in is the stock waterline coming into the manifold. This is what wamalton's told me to do and is the same set up they run, however they do the dual cooling from the pump and run two lines into the manifold.

That is an 08 cylinder? with all that corrosion in the waterjacket?? Do you flush after riding in saltwater??

OK, you have had a major engine seizure. Not sure why... first of all, drop your oil ratio to 40:1 (16oz to 5 gal), run 92 octane fuel.

Do you know how to tune carbs and adjust? If not, with those mods, you really need to learn how to properly maintain your ski.

I am kinda shocked that Wamiltons jetted it and this happen, did they water test it??

No they did not water test it, but Kevin told me I have all the same mods that they put in thier Plat. Ed. ski. All I would need to do is bolt on the carbs and WA LA. It was running great then just died! As far as the flushing. I flush with salt away everytime I ride accept for the first time I rode it, I figured out it did not have a flush kit and had to install one the next day. I am not great at tuning carbs, that's why I had them do it. I did not know I needed to up the oil ratio. I guess I will do now.

Even at 50:1 oil ratio that should not have happened. Definitely running lean, so I would be taking the ski right back to Kevin and getting him to remedy the problem.

I did not bring the ski to them. I just brought them the carbs, but they said that's all I would need. This sucks! Anyone know a good place to have my cylinders bored and honed around Delray Beach, Pompano Beach area. I don't even know how to look for one besides Riva.
