WIN A FREE KAWASAKI JET SKI !!!

The 2009 Northeast PWC Rally/Freeride

A charity Based event - AWA sanctioned

June 13, 2009 Northampton, New York

After years of popular club events - The Adirondack Jetski Club hosted the first ever “2008 Northeast PWC Rally/Freeride” last season. The event which was a massive success raised money donated by attendees - which was in turn donated to local first responders.

The Rally/Freeride is FREE to attendees & features thousands of dollars worth of raffle prizes. Last years “Grand Prize” winner Joe Taylor of Valatie, NY, took home a custom Kawasaki X2 - which was provided by The AJC (Adirondack Jetski Club).

For 09' Kawasaki Motor Corp. has donated a “Jet Ski” as the “Grand Prize” - which one attendee will take home for FREE ! With the addition of corporate sponsorship the 09’ event will rival any recreational event in the country.

We will be returning to the Northampton state campgrounds located on the Great Sacandaga Lake in the Adirondack mountains for the 2009 Rally/Freeride.

With other major sponsors in the pipe line - the 09’ Rally/Freeride is bound to exceed the expectations of attendees. Those of you who attended the 08’ event may find that hard to believe - however your participation has put the AJC in the position to successfully market our event to corporations outside the pwc arena. Yet we will receive overwhelming sponsorship within the pwc industry due to the positive feedback & loyalty attendees expressed to our sponsors - both verbally & monetarily.

We look forward to meeting many new to us riders - along with seeing all of the great people we were fortunate enough to meet last year !

A special THANK YOU to all of last years attendees & sponsors !

Count me in. Me and the wife will be returning to this great event. If 2009 is half as good as 2008 was, it will be worth the trip to your wonderfull country once again.

I am not sure if I will have room for it this year since I am riding my SJ more and more and would prefer to bring that for myself. If the wife agrees not to bring a sit down, then I can probably fit 3 stand-ups on the trailer and the X2 will show up in New York!

Awesome dude, this year maybe ill have all my skis up and running for the event. the SXR did run Sunday but it would have been nice being on my machine during the ride too(although the Octane is a killer boat!)

If ya do bring the X2 along, id like to try it out if ya dont mind. I havent really ridden one before and have been itching to try on out

I'm going to try and make this. I've only been to the area during the winter. Looking foward to checking it out when it's hot out.

If I mange to bring it along, you can sure give it a shot. Its a slightly modified 650, but I find its plenty for what I ride. The best part about X2's is not the motors, it the hull and riding position. Looking forward to see you there, your more than welcome to try any of my machines.

2008 was unreal! I can not wait for the 2009 event! It will be great to see everyone again for sure. My camp site is booked and I am ready!

We'll see everyone there!!

lake is inland. youngstown ohio is about 8 hours from where i am in poughkeepsie ny. lake is about 2 1/2 hours northwest(ish) from me. i just mapquested it, from cleveland oh to amsterdam ny its just over 7 hours. if you do plan on coming you could count on meeting people at that campgrounds friday afternoon. im sure some of the members that live close to the lake could help guide you in better. but im not able to speak for them.

its worth the trip! most will stay all weekend. riding some friday with set up for the event. riding sat for the event. once everyone returns there are give-aways bbq. but everyone still rides just off shore. then we ride again sunday, but im sure most will be to hungover and just wanna pack it up and go home. cant go wrong with the AJC being a new member i was welcomed with open arms! great bunch of guys!
