As usual, food will be brought in at lunch time each day by Baby Johns BBQ, the usual 5.00 per head/per day for the usual BBQ. He can also bring ribs in if everyone is willing to pay 10.00 per head/per day if u would rather have ribs. Moderators on the X eat free.(yes BK-this means u). LOL

Besides, competing has FINALLY been set straight with a big azz cup of JUSTICE! If I heard right, Lutker(sp?) won the overall at the last event?
If I heard right, that is freegin awesome!

I am stoked about the new format and the new rules, but I am not showing my face again at a race until I have new tricks and I am pushing it as hard as I can. (and so far that ain't goin worth a dam)

Then is everyone up for it the weekend after Nats? If I learn 1 new trick between now and Fort Walton, I will go to Fort Walton and Nats-no new trick-no go. Last year I did it the 3rd week in Sept, but I will be out of town that weekend this year. (who knows, u will probaly be with me).

Yes Lutker won. I think it is great. But he won because Stoyer and Ratti both had problems. But that is part of it. Compitition is a 2 part deal. 1 part rider and 1 part ski. If one is not up to the task then the other will fail!!!!!!!!! Being good is not all of it!!!!!!! Keeping yo chit running is another thing!!!!!!!!

You and I have had this conversation and you know where I am coming from. Based on the old format (Nats last year), you could go out in AM and throw 1 flat water backy and win. Bottom line is I am finally pushing myself like freestyly MX guys do and trying to learn new stuff so I can go out and actually do something I am proud of.

I know I can do better than that if I will get my sack out of Cheryl's purse and learn how to do some more stuff.(and quit bitchin about the pain w/attempts go bad). LOL

A long long long long time ago I was really good/competitive at MX. The last 10 years I was the guy that lead the 1st lap and finished last. It sucks! I want to be back on top at something again someday in the near future!
