So my kids have been on my case about selling my old surf RN I built before Daytona , so I bought a brand new 2011 RN hull (less motor, pump, ebox) from Brian at Thrust

Details will be,
Jetmaniac 760 (62t/61x) ported cases and cylinder
200 psi new Thrust head
(I'm going to try 2 sets of carbs I have, brand new oem 38's & novi 48 d boosters)
MSD enhancer
Brand new b pipe
XM water box
Solas 13/17
Dual cooling

Rest of the ski will be bone stock, I'm even going to have that dumb sprayer hooked up.. Should be a nice ski for my 3 boys, 7 & 9 & 11... Sure beats my first ski (1987 wave jammer)...

Here's what I'm starting with

I still have that new stock mani + reeds you want it for cheep...

and dont you bring them up on no seatboat!

I'll let ya know... I got a pair of Novi 48's with a boyeson intake setup I want to try...

Got to order new oem tank, start / stop, long exhaust tube....

Motor is being built right now by Chris / Blue...

I have everything else to build it at the shop...

i'd seriously run the stock carbs. i've never looked at the porting blue does, but i'm sure you'll be losing more power in general going to the bigger carbs. i think the porting and setup they do tends itself to have a higher velocity for the bottom end hit the freestyle guys like. the bigger carbs may give it some more top end. i think you'd be trading a quite a bit of punch though. i could be wrong :p if the novi's don't work let a brother know!

Gotta say Thanks to Brian At Thrust for all the parts he helped me out on with this ski, Big thanks to my Good Friend Chris "Jetmaniac" I got a sweet motor and some bling for my kids, Thanks Blue for the great Port work...

Finally got the ski done, just needs a few little things before we do a Lake tune... Motor really sounds good on the 48's, its snappy for sure! Hope to water test this weekend...

Now its time for Dad to build a new surf ski....
