Can anybody talk me through the install proccess of the 24/7 scupper valve its for my 05 sj
any u tube vids on this install thnx n advance.

cut a hole on each side, pvc tube (2") and cut to size, i usually heat the rear part of the tube so the scupper seats flush because the rear of the hull is angled a bit. use epoxy resin not polyester resin.

You need to take a piece of 2" PVC and cut teeth in it, drill a hole in the other end to stick a pipe, broom handle, etc to use as a lever. twist from side to side to bore the hole in the foam.

When you drill your hole on the inside, go as low as you can in the "V", approx 1 1/2" in you will hit a boss. Using your hole saw, drill right through that, it is only there to hold the bulkhead in place during construction of the hole. You want your hole as low as possible.

Here is a couple of pics from my old build thread when i installed one.

When your running the PVC pipe with teeth through cutting the foam hole, make sure you keep pushing the tube towards the bottom corner inside the ski so that you keep a nice straight hole and that way everything will line up...
