So, Mark's attorney has kindly sent me a letter in response to my civil claims against him...he is countersuing me for $100,000! Nice to have mommy and daddy pay his legal bills!

wow he is only suing you for $100,000 because that what he still owes Chirs and his mom and dad have made the down payment and every monthly payment to chirs not Mark
