300/440/550 440 low + high carb settings

Does anyone no wat the stock settings are for the low and high mixture screws on a js 440 are?? im pretty sure that it is a 78 model..
also does it matter if there is a little wear on the point of the mixture screw??
ive been searching and all i have found is carbys with the screws on one side of the body.. where as mine has one on the left and one on the right..
