440 Pipe fitment questions

Okay so stock 440cc



Trying to stick on this PJS pipe I have.

Didn't realize until trying it basically doesn't fit in the stock 440 manifold it hits.





So I figure I need a manifold to match. Assuming a PJS manifold. What I don't know is are 440/550 the same fitment? Will other AM manifolds work?

I found this on eBay that MAN looks like it would correct this perfectly. So will try and see.

This is a budget build for sure.
Any insight would be awesome

Yes you will need an aftermarket manifold to run that head pipe. 440 / 550 are the same. PJS , OCJS , West Coast will all work.

Your welcome! I don’t know about the manifold in the picture above, it looks like some kind of home made adapter on a stock manifold . I don’t think I’d go with that

I recently moved into a new house. In going through things, I came across a jetsport manifold that will work perfectly for you. It could use a little cleanup but otherwise in great shape. Shoot me a pm and we'll work something out.
