Yeah if it freezed... you would not tell people to flush with water...

Well, you HAVE TO flush it with water BEFORE winterization, no when it is freezing. It is not me, it is Yamaha engineers who say that.

If you want to give sound advice you should say to use "RV and Marine Anti-Freeze" (the pink stuff) before you let the ski sit anywhere it gets below freezing. Water standing in the exhaust or engine block will expand and crack. A very expensive mistake.

Ok, thank you for the advice. I think we call "winterization" to different things.
For me winterization means to pack and store my JetSki inside a cover, dry and with good temperature warehouse. I would never let it somewhere it could freeze.

I will talk with my mechanics and check what they think about your advice. If it is ok (im sure it is, but want to be 100%) I will add it to my post.

After talking with the Yamaha guys, yep, you should do these before start winterization. It is all from Yamaha manual.
