550 engine has bad rotation with compression

Hi guys

I have a 550 engine that rotates perfect with out compression. But its really having a hard time with sparkplugs ( compression ).

I have tryed another starter. It was not that. And it trying with a car battery.

Do you guys have an idea?

I have a couple ideas:

1) lots of resistance in cables or poor grounds.
2) two bad starters ( unless the second one is a known good oem starter)
3) make sure the cases and snout of the starter aren't painted/ excessively siliconed. This is how the starter grounds.

Connect a jumper cable from the negative of the battery to the starter mounting bolts. See if it cranks over stronger.
