Sure, its all about body position, not really a power move.

yes, however getting it back out of the water is tricky.
the way i do turn subs on my 550 : (doing a left turn sub)
Start at a slow to moderate speed
with my right foot around the middle of the tray, i ut my left foot on top of the rail just behind the hood.
turn slightly to the right then crank the bars all the way to the left and push down on your left foot while pinning the throttle.
