Super Jet 61X Crankshaft/Flywheel Bolt Thread- Help

Anyone know what the bolt size and thread pitch is on a 61x crankshaft? I have a bolt from my 62T crank and it does not fit.

They should be identical.

I have a couple spare bolts and they are all M10x1.25

See thats what I thought but it will not thread in at all and the threads dont appear to be damaged. Im afraid to run a tap or chaser and wreck the threads if they actually are different? Did any yamaha cranks (650, 701, 760) come with different threads?

See if you can find a thread gauge that will fit in the hole to see what they are for sure, just a thought.... might have to cut a bolt in a pie shape if you can't find a gauge to fit, my guess is the treads are no Bueno man...

Also I have stole a bolt from a 650 to use in a 760 crank and it worked fine.

ya. so apparently the threads were damaged pretty bad. I managed to run a tap into them and think i saved it. Thanks guys
