61x Pump Thing

I am wondering what that two hose thing is with the two hose clamps on it. I have seen stock ride plates that have bolts for this thing but I still cannot figure out what this thing is.
I have looked over Bikebandit's oem part finder and still cannot find it.

That is the stock siphon bilge assembly. The earlier SJ's had them off the pump stator section and the later ones were off of the reduction nozzle.

Oh alright, so could I block that hole off with some Jb weld?
Also what’s the little one that’s pointed outward, not the reduction sophon one

I can't recall the npt thread size, but I tapped mine and installed a plug and then filled the void on the stator side with jb weld. The other nipple on the reduction nozzle is for the stock visibility spout. You can just put a small piece of 3/8" hose on that with a bolt in the end and some stainless steel worm gear clamps to lock it looks down.
