Ok...the people at R&D were less than helpful. They said I HAD to run a Novi 48 to be compatable with the motor and pipe setup that I have. Now I know that this combo may run better with a Novi 48, but the budget just wont allow it right now. So for now, I need to run my Mikuni 38's. I need to find what jets, pop offs, and needle settings would be the best for my Mikuni 38's. Here is what I am running....62T bored .050 over, Weisco pistons, lightened flywheel, modded cdi, dual cooling, R&D pipe with water injection, Greater Performance girdled head (185psi), and a Scat Trac 14-17. Any settings for this combo would be greatly appriciated! Orrrr.....if you have a Novi 48 on a 62T intake that you'd be willing to trade or get rid of cheap...let me know! Hey! It's worth a shot! LOL!

I have my 62T bored out to a 760 with a factory pipe and other mods and I'm still running the stock 38's. I am sure when I switch to twin 48 full specs it will really rip but even with the stock 38's on there now it still hits super hard. As for my jetting I am running a 145 main 75 pilot and a silver spring with a 2.0 needle and seat. I know this wont be the same setup for you but just wanted to give you some ball park numbers to stay under.
